If you wish to cancel your High Speed Ultra service within 7 days of installation, you may do so without penalty. A refund of installation charges will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation request.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 to 21 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

If you cancel your service, you must return all provided equipment (modem, router, cables, etc.) in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
If equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, you will be charged for equipment replacement as per our equipment charges policy.
Upon cancellation, you will receive instructions for returning equipment. You are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
If your service is suspended due to non-payment or violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for refunds. Outstanding charges must be paid before service can be reinstated.
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, charges will be prorated based on the number of days used. You will be charged only for the days your service was active.
All outstanding charges must be paid before any refund is processed. Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting any outstanding dues.
In certain cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Service credits can be applied to future billing cycles or transferred to another account at our discretion.
If our service becomes unavailable in your area after you have subscribed, you may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund of unused service charges.
